We allow returns within 10 days of your receiving the product. If it is returned to us in new/unopened condition we will be glad to exchange it or refund your money. We will not exchange or refund if it has been longer than 10 days since you received it. If we made a mistake on your order (we sent the wrong color or size etc.) we will pay all reasonable shipping fees. If you are returning a product for any another reason besides an error on our part you must pay for shipping back to us and our return shipping back to you.
All warranties are through the manufacturer. Sending broken of defective products back to us will only increase your waiting time because we will have to ship the broken product back to the manufacturer and they will ship it back to us and then we will ship it to you. The fastest way to get it repaired or replaced will be to send it directly back to the manufacturer.
